Rajinder Mann

Rajinder is an expert in equality, diversity and inclusion training. She has a strong commitment, passion and interest in social justice and fairness in the workplace, with over thirty seven years of experience in education field. She was the Chief Executive of the Network for Black and Asian Professionals and Executive Director of the Black Leadership Initiative. She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Education Degree in English and History, Master of Social Sciences in Race and Education, and is trained as a Mediator, NLP practitioner, Coach and Mentor. Her voluntary roles have included serving on numerous committees at a national level, including Commissioner on the RSA 2020 Public Services, BIS Governance Review advisory group, Chair of NBP, former member of the Governors’ Council and Governor and Trustee of the Wolverhampton University Student Union Board. She was appointed an OBE in 2011 in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for her services to the BAME community, and awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Wolverhampton University in 2013. She is currently a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
