Henry Botticello has a strong background in corporate finance, with experience in leadership roles at Simonds International and STANLEY WORKS( EUROPE) GMBH. At Simonds International, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, leading the finance department and playing a key role in acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP implementation. At STANLEY WORKS( EUROPE) GMBH, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the company's European division, overseeing corporate finance strategy and execution. Prior to that, they served as Vice President and Controller at Stanley Bostitch.
