Colby Sears

Colby Sears is a marketing professional with extensive experience in event management. Currently serving as a Board Member for Continuing ThrEd since May 2023, Colby has been with Burton Snowboards since May 2015, progressing through various roles to become a Senior Global Events Manager. Colby co-owns Otis Mountain Get Down since September 2014 and previously held positions at Burton Snowboards and served as an Event Assistant and Craig's Prototype Assistant from 2013 to 2014. Colby earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Champlain College between 2009 and 2013.
