Dave Hoffman

Dave Hoffman has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Dave currently holds the position of Area Director of Operations at Burtons Grill, LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of Lost Rhino Brewing Company from January 2017 to November 2022, where they also held the role of Chief Operations Manager from January 2015 to January 2017. Before that, Dave worked at Stone's Cove KitBar as the Principal/Director of Operations from May 2011 to February 2014. Dave also served as the Managing Partner at Great American Restaurants from September 2009 to May 2011. Dave started their career at Outback Steakhouse, where they held the position of Joint Venture Partner from July 2005 to May 2009, and before that, they were a Managing Partner from March 1999 to July 2005.

Dave Hoffman attended Spring Hill College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English.
