Besmir (Ben) Memaj is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in voice operations and collaboration engineering. Currently serving as a Sr Voice Operations Engineer at Burwood Group since February 2023, Ben specializes in supporting and implementing Cisco Collaboration products, including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, and voice gateways. Prior experience includes notable roles at Presidio, where Ben advanced from a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to a Sr. Cisco UC Engineer and Team Lead, providing technical expertise and managing escalations globally. Ben also has a background in UC architecture as an engineer at Insight and has implemented voice solutions for diverse clients at Network Dynamics and Qoncert, demonstrating strong technical skills across various Cisco technologies.
