Melissa Mahan

Melissa Mahan, LPM, SA, SP, PAL, PMP, MCP, is the PMO Practice Director at Burwood Group since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Project Management Office. Prior to this, Melissa served as Sr. Director of Professional Services at Comcast Technology Solutions, managing the Americas division and delivering customized streaming solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Professional Services PMO Director at SynchroNet, Director of Portfolio Operations at Charter Communications, and establishing PMOs at Cavalry Solutions and Charles Schwab. Melissa’s early career includes enterprise project management and technical operations at Stewart Title, complemented by education at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder.
