Barbara Masinde has a diverse background in behavioral economics and program management, currently serving as the People Officer at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics since November 2019, and previously held the position of Learning and Development Assistant. Prior experience includes working as an Events and Promotions Officer at Corporate Staffing Services Kenya, a Program Assistant for the School Safety Program at USALAMA WATCH INITIATIVE-ROAD SAFETY NGO, and a Research Assistant with Kumekucha Africa Consultants, where contributions were made to a position paper on civil society organization legislation in the East African Community. Barbara also gained valuable experience as a Program Intern at USALAMA WATCH INITIATIVE focusing on road safety, where tasks included report writing and budget management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from Maseno University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
