Bonnie Okumu

Bonnie is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a seasoned in-house lawyer, leading legal teams across the continent for global brands such as Unilever, Nestle, and Orange.

Currently, she serves as Director, Legal Services & Company Secretary at KCB Bank Kenya Limited, managing a team of 55, including 25 lawyers, to provide legal and regulatory guidance to Kenya’s largest bank. Bonnie has also served as advisor and company secretary to multiple governance boards, overseeing major corporate actions and ensuring public accountability.
