Brian Baraza is an experienced professional in behavioral economics and data collection, currently serving as Project Lead at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics since October 2016. Brian's role involves interpreting and clarifying research requests, providing detailed feedback on data collection instruments, and ensuring data quality. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Research Assistant, managing sessions in a behavioral lab and recruiting research subjects. Experience also includes a position as Field Officer at Innovation for Poverty Action, where responsibilities focused on data collection, quality assurance, and team collaboration. Brian began a career in counseling as an Intern Counseling Psychologist at NACADA, offering addiction counseling and public sensitization on substance abuse. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Nairobi, earned between 2010 and 2014.
