Edith Ndungu - Mwaniki is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources shared services. Currently serving as an HR Shared Services Expert at Busara since May 2022, Edith previously held positions at Safaricom PLC from December 2013 to June 2022, culminating as Manager of HR Shared Services, leading a team of 8 HR officers to support a diverse workforce. Key achievements include playing a pivotal role as a contact and tester during the upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite. Edith holds a CHRP (K) in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at the University of Nairobi, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from the same institution.
