Jessy Mwaniki

Jessy Mwaniki is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as a Senior Officer for Talent at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics since October 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at Open Capital, starting as a Recruiting Intern and progressing to Operations Assistant, Operations Associate, and ultimately, Learning & Development Associate from March 2018 to September 2021. Jessy also gained experience at Bridge International Academies as a Customer Experience Intern and at Kubamba Group as a Social Impact Executive focused on youth voter awareness during the 2017 elections in Kenya. Additionally, Jessy worked as a Partnerships Coordinator for Believer's Loveworld Incorporated from 2014 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Gender and Development Studies from Kenyatta University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
