Nate joined Busara in March 2017 and currently serves as the Vice President for Partnerships. His primary interest is in how people perceive and manage risk and he is especially drawn to projects involving insurance uptake and credit for farm and business investment. In forming partnerships, Nate is keen to ensure that decision processes and information ecosystems are considered so that solutions remain sustainable. He received a PhD and MS in Behavioral Decision Research from Carnegie Mellon University.
