Raphael Malenya, PMP, currently serves as a Research Coordinator at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics since November 2014, focusing on project design and research implementation. Prior to this role, Raphael worked as a Field Officer at Innovations for Poverty Action from February to October 2014, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, implementing research plans, data collection, and report writing while acting as team lead on various projects. An internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2011 provided experience in report writing, client handling, meeting organization, and data analysis related to trade and economic diplomacy. Raphael holds a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management and a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Nairobi.
