Morgan Tompkins

Morgan Tompkins is a seasoned professional in research management and program operations, currently serving as Research Manager for Financial Inclusion at Busara since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Program Operations and FP&A, and Senior Associate at Evidence Action from May 2022 to March 2024, as well as Senior Consultant and Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2020 to May 2022. Earlier professional experiences comprise a Summer Fellow position at the William & Mary Global Research Institute and a Research Assistant role at the National Endowment for the Humanities. Morgan also held a Global Disputes and Economics Summer Associate position at Ankura and interned at AidData.
