Rachelle Selvin

Rachelle Selvin has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. Rachelle began their career in 2009 as a Product Manager at Smartbox Canada. In 2012, they moved to Groupe Pivot as an Advisor, Organizational Development. In 2014, they joined FlightHub as Director, Organizational Development. In 2018, they were appointed as Chief People Officer at Encore Travel. In 2020, they joined Groupe Dynamite as Senior Advisor, Talent & Projects. Currently, they are VP, People & Culture and Director, People & Culture at Busbud.

Rachelle Selvin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from McGill University between 2005 and 2009. Rachelle then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University between 2011 and 2013. During that same year, they also obtained an Accreditation in Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI) from Human Synergistics Canada.
