Vinicius Lovato has a wealth of work experience, starting with a Scientific Initiation role at ICMC-USP in 2011. In 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Willowglen Systems. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Icaro Tech as a Full Stack Web Developer and Product Owner Assistant. Vinicius'sresponsibilities included creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs, developing features for web applications, and coordinating and reviewing code. Vinicius also created the Continuous Integration environment used by the R&D Team and implemented automated test plans and cases. Since 2018, they have been employed as a Backend Software Engineer at iFood, where they work as part of the Promotions Tribe in an agile team building solutions using a variety of technologies to create and maintain a CRM platform used by more than 150 thousand restaurants. Most of the microservices they work with are developed using Kotlin and deployed on Kubernetes. In 2020, they began working as a Backend Developer at Busbud.
Vinicius Lovato obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2011 and 2016. In 2013 and 2014, they were a Visiting Student at the University of Alberta in the Computer Science field. Additionally, they obtained a Test-Driven Development certification from Codecademy in April 2018, and a Modern React With Redux certification from Udemy in December 2016.
