Jacob Mills

Jacob Mills has extensive experience in financial and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager and Machine Shop Manager at Busch Vacuum Solutions since October 2019. In these roles, Jacob oversees daily operations of a 30-person team and manages financial processes, including P&L, balance sheets, and cost reduction initiatives. Prior to Busch Vacuum Solutions, Jacob worked at Coty in various financial positions, including Finance Manager and Sr. Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included financial analysis, forecasting, and cost control for manufacturing processes. Jacob also has experience as a Credit Analyst at HCL Technologies, where performance and risk management were key focuses. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from East Carolina University.
