Janne Koistinen

Janne Koistinen's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director of Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems in Finland and Estonia, where they were responsible for the company's operations. Janne was also the Founder and board member of Busch Baltic OÜ. Prior to this, Janne worked at GEA Group as the Head of Service for Sweden and Finland, overseeing service sales, budgeting, and overall business growth. Janne also held the position of Country Manager at GEA Group, leading the company's sales organization in Finland. Before GEA, Janne worked at Ciba Finland Oy in various roles, including Sales Professional, Regional Key Account Manager, and Technical Sales Manager. Janne began their career at Specialty Minerals Inc. as a Research Scientist and later worked as a Shift Supervisor at UPM-Kymmene.

Janne Koistinen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, completing the program from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they earned a M. Sc. (Eng) degree in Papermaking Technology, Industrial Management, and Logistics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Business Coach from BCI Business Coaching Institute in 2022 and Certified Board Member from HHJ - Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen in 2021.
