Peter Fissenewert

Peter Fissenewert has extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles, currently serving as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bettertrust GmbH since December 2020 and as a Legal Partner at BUSE since May 2007. Fissenewert specializes in corporate law, compliance, corporate governance, bankruptcy, insolvency law, and interim management. As a co-founder and Chairman of the Advisory Board for both Abfindungsheld and Legal Heroes since 2017, Fissenewert contributes to innovative legal solutions. Fissenewert's background includes partnership roles in international law firms since 1995 and an assistant position at Berlin 2000 Olympia GmbH. Fissenewert also holds a doctorate from Humboldt-University of Berlin and a law degree from The University of Göttingen.
