Giovani has a strong background in strategic civil litigation, corporate law, and compliance issues across several industries. Giovani's academic credentials include ongoing doctoral studies in Civil Procedural Law and a Master's degree in the same field from the Universidade de São Paulo, complemented by an MBA in Business Management.
