Daphne Cline

Daphne Cline has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daphne began their career at United Stationers Supply Co. in 1996 as a Manager of Associate Relations, where they handled employee relations matters. In 2007, they joined Devonshire Group as a Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations until 2011. At Devonshire Group, they were responsible for managing the company's HR functions. In 2011, Daphne joined Busey as an EVP and Director of Business Line Risk & Controls, where they created and managed various risk management programs. Daphne'srole at Busey involved overseeing risk mitigation strategies for First Busey Corporation, a financial holding company with assets totaling $12.8 billion.

Daphne Cline completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources at Marquette University from 1992 to 1996.
