John McDole

John McDole has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. John started their career at Boeing in 2003, working in finance until 2006. John then joined TheBANK of Edwardsville as a mortgage originator, where they worked from 2006 to 2019. During their time at TheBANK, they gained expertise in mortgage origination. In 2019, they joined Busey, where they held multiple roles. John started as a VP - Commercial Banking Support Manager, focusing on onboarding new associates and leading training activities. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of VP - Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager, where they are currently responsible for managing the commercial banking portfolio.

John McDole completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bradley University from 1996 to 2000. John later pursued an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS Emphasis) at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Wealth Management Specialist™ or WMS™ Professional Designation from the College for Financial Planning in October 2021.
