Karla Carroll

Karla Carroll possesses extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, having served in various leadership roles at Busey from June 2022 to April 2024, including Vice President and Market Manager II, where responsibilities included evaluating retail branches' internal controls and processes. Prior to Busey, Karla spent over a decade at Commerce Bank, progressing through key positions such as Vice President, Branch Manager, and Service Manager, ultimately focusing on customer support, team training, and operational excellence. Karla holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Accounting at St. Louis Community College, complementing earlier studies in Business Administration and Management at the same institution.
