Kent Weber has a strong background in the banking industry and has held various roles throughout their career. Kent started at TheBANK of Edwardsville in 1980, where they served as Vice President of Retail Banking for 25 years. In 2005, they became President of TheEDGEBANK and held that position until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Town and Country Bank as Community President and Executive Vice President. Afterwards, they joined Casey State Bank as Senior Vice President of Operations, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President and Treasury Management Executive at Busey.

Kent Weber attended Edwardsville High School from 1977 to 1981. Kent then pursued their Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Economics at Western Illinois University from 1981 to 1985. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, but the degree and field of study for this period are not provided.
