Kristen Bosch

Kristen Bosch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kristen currently works at Busey as the Director of Marketing and Communications, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Busey from October 2018 to September 2022.

Before joining Busey, Kristen worked at Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Recruitment & Selection from December 2017 to September 2018. Kristen also held the role of Vice President of Development & Community Partnerships at Eastern Illinois Foodbank from February 2015 to December 2017.

In their earlier career, Kristen worked at Crisis Nursery, where they held various roles including Development & Marketing Director from August 2011 to February 2015 and Director of Marketing & Special Events from February 2010 to August 2011. Kristen also worked at Elmhurst College as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations from January 2009 to March 2010.

Kristen began their professional journey at ServiceMaster, where they worked as a Communications Specialist & Technical Writer from June 2007 to January 2009. Kristen also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at Illinois State University from May 2005 to May 2007.

Kristen Bosch completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Business Administration from Illinois State University between 2001 and 2005. Kristen later pursued a Masters Degree in Sport Management from the same university, completing it between 2005 and 2007.
