Lois Happ has a strong background in customer care and management. Lois began their career at Hobbico as a Senior Sales Representative, where they successfully managed a territory of top-revenue hobby stores and increased territory revenue by $2 million. Lois then moved on to Patterson Dental as an Account Manager/Growth Specialist, where they managed a $1.2 million territory of medical and eye-care offices and implemented successful marketing strategies. Lois then joined AT&T Mobility, initially as a Methods and Procedure Manager and later as a Manager of ACE & Quality, where they identified trends and issues affecting customer relations and ensured that all calls were handled according to company standards. Lois is currently working at Busey as the Vice President Customer Care Service Manager.

Lois Happ attended Parkland College from 1986 to 1988, where they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Later, from 1998 to 1999, Lois enrolled at Franklin University and pursued studies in Business Administration.
