Melissa Frost

Melissa Frost has a diverse work experience. Melissa most recently worked as an HR Payroll Administrator at Busey starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Payroll Assistant at RhinoAg from November 2020 to July 2022. Melissa also worked as an HR Generalist at HomeStar Bank & Financial Services from August 2018 to October 2019.

Before transitioning into HR roles, Melissa gained experience in customer service and sales. Melissa worked as a Teller at U of I Community Credit Union from November 2014 to August 2018. During their time there, they also had internships in Human Resources Development in 2017 and 2016.

Melissa's earlier work experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Gordmans from October 2013 to June 2015 and as a Customer Service Associate at Great Harvest Bread Co. from September 2013 to October 2014.

Prior to entering the workforce, Melissa held positions as a Financial Aid Assistant and Housing Service Aide at the University of Illinois at Springfield from September 2010 to July 2013.

Melissa Frost, PHR, has a strong education background in business administration and human resources. Melissa obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Melissa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Illinois Springfield from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Melissa has also earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2020.
