Nathan Issa

Nathan Issa began their work experience in 2004 at Sam's Café, where they held multiple roles including waiter, dishwasher, cook, and supervisor. Nathan gained valuable experience in various tasks required for the restaurant's daily operation. In 2014, they joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company as a Retail Banker II, initially handling customer transactions and later taking on additional operational tasks and personal banking responsibilities. Nathan then moved on to become a Retail Lead before transitioning to the role of Commercial Loan Document Specialist II, where they prepared accurate commercial loan documentation and conducted audits. In 2018, Nathan became a Credit Analyst II, responsible for analyzing credit relationships and providing detailed reports on risks and strengths. Currently, they work at Busey as a Credit Risk and Portfolio Management Analyst.

Nathan Issa started their education at Parkland College from 2007 to 2010 where they pursued a General Studies program. Later, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science degree with a focus on English Language and Literature, General.
