Tom Maiale

Tom Maiale has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Tom is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Busey. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Vice President of SBA Works! at First Federal Bank from 2012 to 2021. Before that, they served as the VP of Business Banking and SBA lending at KeyBank from 2004 to 2012, where they played a key role in starting up the Florida Business Banking Division. Tom began their career as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at Fleet Bank from 1999 to 2004. Tom Maiale has extensive expertise in commercial lending and building relationships with businesses of various sizes.

Tom Maiale completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo, attending from 1995 to 1999. Tom then pursued further education and earned an MBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University from 2001 to 2003.
