Kelly Monteleone Hausler, SHRM-CP, CSM has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and employee experience management. Kelly is currently the Director of Human Resources at Bush Ross, P.A., where they provide HR support to the organization. Prior to this, they worked as the Employee Experience Manager (Global) at OPSWAT, where they led the design and administration of the global employee experience road map and implemented cohesive people functions and programs for 650 employees in 22 countries. Before OPSWAT, they served as the Employee Experience Manager at ClearlyAgile, where they focused on improving working relationships, building morale, and increasing retention. Kelly also has experience at AgileThought, where they held roles including Manager, People Operations, US, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Manager. In these roles, they provided HR support, managed the career life cycle for technical consultants, and facilitated performance reviews and feedback. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Marketing and Benefits Coordinator at Bush Ross, P.A., where they provided HR support, managed performance reviews, facilitated onboarding processes, and coordinated summer associate programs.

Kelly Monteleone Hausler, SHRM-CP, CSM, attended Arlington High School in Lagrangeville, New York from 1993 to 1997. Kelly then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at SUNY Oneonta, specializing in Psychology with a minor in Business. Kelly has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In June 2016, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. In December 2019, they received the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Finally, in October 2021, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
