Adam Martin has a diverse work experience in different industries. Adam started their career at Royal Fork Buffet in 2006 as a Cook, where they prepared and maintained fresh food on the buffet line. Adam also handled additional responsibilities such as busing and dishwashing. In 2011, they joined PepsiCo as a Merchandiser, responsible for placing new products on shelves, rotating stock, and cleaning. Adam also worked as a driver, delivering new products to stores. Adam then transitioned to the tech industry in 2018 when they joined Bushel as a Software Engineer 3. In this role, they led a team in creating a new white-labeled SaaS platform with a content creation web portal. Adam also developed an eCommerce platform using React and GraphQL and worked on v2 of the Bushel platform web app using React and Redux.

Adam Martin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Game and Simulation Programming from DeVry University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Adam later pursued a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp and successfully completed it from 2016 to 2020, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In addition, Adam Martin obtained a certification in JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures Projects completion from freeCodeCamp in June 2018, and an A+ certification from CompTIA in May 2004.
