Brad Koch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Brad co-founded Aedis IT at the age of 16, where they built and operated websites using various programming languages and administered a Linux web server. In 2011, they co-founded FarmLogs, a software company for farmers, where they provided comprehensive software solutions and managed backend codebases. The company grew to over 80 employees and raised $37m. Brad also worked as a Legislative Assistant for the Michigan House of Representatives for a brief period in 2011. Currently, they are a Principal Software Engineer at Bushel, where they were involved in integrating FarmLogs with the company's platform and implementing projects for an improved user experience.
Brad Koch's education history includes attending Y Combinator in 2012 for a program called FarmLogs. Prior to that, they studied at Saginaw Valley State University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems. From 2005 to 2007, Brad attended Tuscola Technology Center, where they focused on Computer Technology Management.
