Lacey Seibert

Lacey Seibert has extensive experience in the grain industry, with a focus on sales, logistics, and origination. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales Enablement at Bushel, where they work on transforming the grain industry's paper-centric processes into more efficient digital experiences. In this role, Lacey is responsible for managing contract exposure, improving contract transparency, and implementing convenient ESign capabilities.

Prior to their role at Bushel, Lacey served as the Vice President of Grain and Logistics at ALCIVIA from 2020 to 2022. During this time, they were responsible for identifying and executing commercial objectives for the grain and logistics divisions. Lacey also played an integral role in hiring, training, and leading team members in various areas, including operations, origination, merchandising, dispatch, and administration. Additionally, they worked closely with the marketing team to create and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business.

From 2018 to 2020, Lacey worked as the Farm Advisement Director at Comark Equity Alliance, where they analyzed market share, developed competitive advantages, and set origination goals. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI), including Grain Origination Leader and Grain Originator. At CPI, Lacey partnered with grain originators to expand market share, identified origination opportunities for farmers, and provided training and support to teammates.

Lacey began their career at Cargill in 2010, where they worked as a Farm Marketer. In this role, they focused on expanding Cargill's reach to producers, developing business with existing customers, and implementing strategic plans to grow the company's various business areas.

Lacey Seibert completed their education at Oklahoma State University. From 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Business. Following this, they enrolled in Oklahoma State University and obtained a Master of Agricultural Economics degree in 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also received certifications including Direct Ship from White Commercial Corporation in December 2015, Certified Solution Professional from Cargill in January 2011, and Series 3 & 30 Licensed Commodity Futures from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in January 2011.
