Lastly, Mandie worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as a Benefits & Compensation Specialist from May 2005 to September 2009. In this role, they communicated benefit programs to employees, analyzed utilization data, researched plan changes, and administered the incentive program.
Mandie Begin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University. Additionally, in June 2009, they obtained a certification as a Retirement Plans Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School. In March 2012, they obtained another certification as a Group Benefit Plans Associate, also from the same institutions. In May 2012, they obtained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School.
