Greg Palkowitsh

Greg Palkowitsh serves as the Environmental Engineering Laboratories Manager at Smith & Loveless Inc. since September 2024, leading a cross-functional engineering team and overseeing product development processes. Previously, Greg held multiple roles at Bushnell from July 2016 to September 2024, ultimately as Director of Product Development & Design, managing product development processes and cross-functional teams, while achieving significant revenue contributions in sport optics as a Senior R&D Engineer. Before Bushnell, Greg worked at Vortex Optics, contributing to the implementation of an ERP system and various product innovations, and at Hornady Mfg Company, where project engineering efforts led to a substantial revenue increase. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, Greg possesses a robust background in product design, development, and engineering management across various organizations.
