Lucas Msimanga

Lucas Msimanga has held various leadership roles in the mining and metals industry, starting as a Plant Metallurgist at Richards Bay Minerals. Lucas then moved on to BHP where Lucas became the Asset President for Hillside Aluminium in KZN, overseeing world-class aluminium smelters. After their time at BHP, Lucas joined South32 as Vice President of Operations before becoming the Group Director of Operations at Bushveld Minerals, a primary vanadium producer. Throughout their career, Lucas has demonstrated strong operational leadership and expertise in the mining and metals sector.
