Phindile Mashaba - Sikwambane

Phindile Mashaba - Sikwambane is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management accounting and financial control. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at Bushveld Minerals since March 2022, Phindile is responsible for preparing accurate monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and supporting the annual audit process. Prior to this, Phindile held the position of Financial Controller at Fraser Alexander from December 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting, budgeting, and overseeing the activities of Assistant Financial Controllers. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Cost Controller at Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium, focusing on trading account preparation and budget variance analysis. Phindile holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of South Africa and has completed a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
