Victoria Marshall

As Senior Director, Finance & Operations and Regional CFO|Canada, Victoria is responsible for the executive oversight and overall financial management of Colliers Canada, including driving operational excellence, leading the organization’s strategic planning process, and steering Colliers’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies as the Canada ESG Leader.

Prior to Colliers, Victoria worked at KPMG in Toronto for over 20 years where she most recently held the position of Director, Strategy |Clients & Markets with a track record of creating and leading effective growth strategies, including a strong background in client service, spending the bulk of her career as an external auditor, serving private, TSX- and SEC-listed companies with a focus on the Mining sector.

Outside of the professional realm, Victoria is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of the Bata Shoe Museum, including the Finance Committee, Board Treasurer for a Toronto community-led project Friends of University Avenue, former Board member of the Design Exchange Museum, and a Business Mentor with the national charity RiseHelps. Victoria grew up in New Brunswick and is proud to call Toronto as her home for the past 25 years. She is bilingual in English and French.
