Magdalena Rycak

Magdalena Rycak Ph.D. serves as the Director at Instytut Prawa Zatrudnienia i Work Life Balance since September 2022 and has been a legal advisor at Rycak Kancelaria Prawa Pracy i HR since July 2014, specializing in labor law consultancy, training, legal writing, and data protection audits. Additionally, Magdalena is an expert at Business Centre Club and an author/trainer for Wolters Kluwer, providing insights on labor law through articles and publications. As a founding member of the Association of Data Protection Practitioners, Magdalena contributes to academic programs at Łazarskiego University, overseeing postgraduate studies in labor law and data protection, and has held expert roles with the Social Dialogue Council. Previous experience includes serving as a deputy judge at the Administrative Tribunal of the Council of Europe and holding academic positions at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Educational background includes a law degree and a doctorate in law from the University of Warsaw, alongside a master's degree in political science.
