Rafal Milewski

Rafal Milewski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at IT Squad and Hyggio Services, Rafal specializes in digital transformation and project rescue. Rafal holds memberships in the Business Centre Club and the Business Advisory Board at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. Previous roles include mentorship at Accelpoint and MIT Enterprise Forum Poland, as well as leadership positions at Accenture Poland, Deloitte Digital, and a senior management role at Accenture, where Rafal managed significant technology projects and multi-million dollar budgets. Rafal earned an MBA from the University of Warsaw and a Master's degree in Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology.
