Laurie Welch

Laurie Welch, CPM, currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Business Communications, Inc. since July 2025. Previously, Laurie held various leadership positions in organizations such as Heritage Properties, Inc. as Director of Revenue Management and Regional Asset Manager from April 2021 to July 2025, and as Regional Manager from September 2013 to July 2017. Other roles include Regional Manager at Allegiant Management, Director of Property Operations and Sales at UC Funds, and Area Vice President at RAM Partners, LLC. Laurie began career in sales and marketing with positions at The Bryan Company, INC, and John David Properties, INC. Academic qualifications include studies at Mississippi State University and a Real Estate License from the Mississippi Association of Realtors.
