Heather Stackhouse has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Heather Stackhouse began their career in 2005 as a Management Program Analyst at the Government at DHS ICE. In this role, they were the Lead Quality Control Analyst of Executive level presentations presented to Congress, HAC/SAC, A/S and other High Level Management. Heather Stackhouse was also a critical thinker in the testing and implementation of the BizFlow Tasking system and communicated the insider knowledge of the Chief Information Officer and Chief of Staff’s (COS) desired direction for OPSTasking. In 2010, they moved to Alon Inc. as an MPA Management Program Analyst, providing direct Front Office Acquisition Management IT support for TSA IT purchasing. In 2011, they joined STS, LLC as a Senior Systems Analyst II Project Lead, where they were a Team/Project Lead and provided leadership, support, and guidance to the team. Finally, in 2015, Heather joined BCMC, LLC as a System Analyst, providing support to multiple projects on DHS AA contracts. Heather Stackhouse also experienced with DHS required documentation to submit and access to deploy in DHS Production environment (SAG, SDD, VDD & CONOPS/SVTP if needed).
Heather Stackhouse has an extensive educational background. In 1989, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Heather Stackhouse then went on to earn their B.S. in Psychology from the same university in 1994. Following that, they obtained their Master of Arts in Education from the University of Central Florida in 1996. In 2013, they completed the DoD recommended CompTIA Security + CE in cybersecurity from CompTIA. Finally, in 2014, they obtained their ITiL V3 Foundation and CompTIA Security + MA & BS degrees in Information Technology Project Management. Additionally, they hold certifications in Security + and ITiL from CompTIA and EXIN, Department of the Army, which they obtained in May 2013.
