Jamie Harris

Jamie Harris, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in research and academia. They currently hold the position of Head of Research at Business Connect L3C, where they previously served as a Research Lead. Prior to this, Jamie worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Virginia. They also have experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Silivhere Technologies, Inc. and as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia. Additionally, Jamie worked as a Teacher's Assistant at James Madison University and as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, where they conducted tests on ceramic water filters and measured the lifespan of a ceramic point-of-use water treatment.

Jamie Harris, Ph.D. has an extensive education history in the field of engineering. They obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from James Madison University from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering at the University of Virginia. Continuing their academic journey, Jamie completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, Jamie holds a Master of Engineering certification from the University of Virginia.
