IT Office Administrator at Business Continuity Technologies

Nicole was a member of the BCT family back in 2012 as an Office Administrator. She was responsible for resource scheduling, ordering, quoting and light accounting duties. She rejoined the company on 2 Nov 2020. She is no stranger to hard work, loyalty and dedication.

She began her working life at the young age of 16 here in Las Vegas. That was only the beginning of her successful career. During the last 5 years, she was a dispatcher for over 50 truck drivers. She was highly proficient in coordinating and ensuring drivers arrived at their destination in a timely fashion. This directly resulted in excellent customer satisfaction reviews from customers. Her efficiency earned her a promotion to shipping supervisor where she supervised a team of 15 individuals. Those skills directly transferred to what she is currently doing for them there at BCT as an IT Office Administrator. She is extremely detail oriented when it comes to her dispatching duties and always makes sure resources are appropriately scheduled to meet their client’s needs. She is committed to providing the highest level of professionalism to their clients.
