Elen Fatiane Duarte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2000, they worked as a Técnica em patologia clínica at Laboserv until 2004. From 2006 to 2019, they were a Sales Specialist/Manager at Good Vision, where they quadrupled sales and played a crucial role in expanding the business. Elen Fatiane also managed the hiring and training process, maintained strong client relationships, and conducted on-field campaigns. In 2020, they worked as a Recepcionista Bilíngue at It Grande Hotel Itaguai, where they greeted guests, managed check-in/check-out, and handled guest inquiries. Elen Fatiane also worked as a Sales Specialist at Samsung Electronics, providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. In 2021, they were a School Coordinator at Centro Educacional Cinco de Julho, leading a team of teachers and providing professional development opportunities. Elen Fatiane then became a Coordenadora pedagógica at Yes! Idiomas | Oficial and a Pedagogical Coordinator at CNA Idiomas | Oficial, where they developed and implemented educational programs and built relationships with students, parents, and commercial teams. Most recently, in 2023, they held the role of Sales Representative at Business Debt Adjusters and Customer Service Representative at North End Motors. Additionally, they have experience as a Remote ESL Teacher, delivering effective lessons to students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Elen Fatiane Duarte began their education in 1998 at Colégio Bangu, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician in 2000. In 2013, they attended Estácio University, studying Letras - Língua Inglesa e Literaturas de Língua Inglesa, but their degree remained incomplete by 2014.

In that same year, they enrolled in a Master 2 program at CNA Curso de Idiomas, specializing in inglês conversação (English conversation). In 2015, they completed this degree.

Elen then continued their education at UERJ (Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro) from 2019 to 2024, pursuing a Licenciatura in Pedagogia - Níveis Diversos (Pedagogy - Various Levels).

Throughout their education, Elen obtained various certifications. These include a Proficiency C1/C2 certification from SkillCert.io in March 2023, an estimate of advanced fluency in English from Duolingo in August 2016, and a Master 2 certification in fluência e conversação em inglês from Cna - English course in December 2014.
