Celine Moisan Crha

Celine Moisan CRHA is an experienced human resources consultant and coach with over two decades of expertise in organizational development, team management, workplace climate, recruitment, and internal communication. Currently serving as a member of the inspection committee at Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since February 2023, Celine also runs a consulting practice specializing in HR management for small and medium-sized enterprises since January 2001. Additionally, Celine has been a strategic HR consultant and management coach for BDC since November 2016, and acts as a HR service partner with Conseil du patronat du Québec, contributing to the network of HR services across the province. Previous experience includes working as an HR advisor at Dominion Blueline inc from 1995 to 2001, where Celine supported non-unionized managers and participated in negotiation committees. Celine's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in administration with a focus on HR from Université de Sherbrooke and several coaching credentials.
