Jennifer Erskine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of advanced technology and quantum sciences. Currently serving as Associate Principal at BDC Capital since April 2022, Jennifer is involved in a $200M fund focused on innovative, early-stage Canadian companies in technology sectors such as quantum technologies and AI. Prior to BDC, Jennifer held the position of Scientist at Quantum Valley Ideas Laboratories from July 2018 to April 2022, where groundbreaking work was conducted on quantum sensing technology. Jennifer’s background includes a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University, along with roles at the National Research Council Canada and Hatch, where Jennifer contributed to research and non-destructive testing in quantum photonics and engineering, respectively.
