Manon Desrosiers

Manon Desrosiers, EMBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice-présidente adjointe for Partnerships and Field Marketing at BDC since August 2018, Manon leads and mentors high-performing teams to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Canada. Previous roles include Director of North America at epresspack, Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Brother International Corporation (Canada) Ltd., and Manager of Customer Experience at Kitco Metals Inc. Manon has also held senior positions at CASACOM and CNW Telbec, and was Vice-President and Managing Director at Medianor Inc. Educational credentials include an EMBA from Université de Sherbrooke, a Management Program from McGill Executive Institute, and a Baccalauréat ès arts in Communication from Université Laval.
