Shania Shinde

Shania Shinde is currently an Analyst at BDC, overseeing the Venture Capital - Climate Tech Fund since July 2024. Previously, Shania contributed as an Analyst in Private Investment Risk at PSP Investments from January to August 2023, focusing on private equity, private debt, and infrastructure. Shania also managed a $2.5 million fund during the Sustainable Investing Practicum at Concordia University from May 2022 to May 2023, selecting sustainable investments for a low-carbon economy. Additionally, Shania gained experience as a Summer Analyst in Debt Capital Markets at Casgrain & Company Limited and as a Fall Analyst in Finance Controlling at BOMBARDIER. Shania holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University and a DEC in Science from John Abbott College.
