Snita Balsara

Snita Balsara, PMP, MBA, currently serves as Principal of the Sustainability Venture Fund at BDC and is a member of the Schulich Pitch Deck Advisory Council at Schulich Startups. As an instructor at York University's Schulich School of Business, Snita teaches a course on Venture Capital & Private Equity, focusing on advanced topics in diligence within the field. Previously, Snita held the position of Investor at Graphite Ventures and served as Senior Investment Manager & Head of Community at MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund. Snita also contributed to StandUp Ventures, promoting companies led by women, and worked in business development and project management roles at Herjavec Group and BrightPath Solutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Innovation from Schulich and Esade, as well as a BComm in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University. Additionally, Snita completed Co-Active Coach Training at The Coaches Training Institute.
